Emergency Stain Response

No matter how careful we are, everyday spillages and accidents to carpets and upholstery are unavoidable.

Wine, coffee, tea, urine, chocolate, sweets, blood, glue, egg, milk, vomit, fats, tar, wax, chewing gum, oil, shoe polish – all quite harmless! But, if you get them on your carpets or sofas, they can be a real headache to remove.

It is vital to deal with stains as quickly as possible.

    • Scrape up or blot up any excess as quickly as possible
    • Blot – NEVER rub or scrub
    • Always work from the outside of the stain inward to avoid spreading
    • Do not use inappropriate detergents i.e. washing up liquid, wash powders, household bleach, disinfectants
    • Always apply any cleaning fluids to the absorbent spotting material not directly onto the carpet or fabric
    • Do not over wet into backing materials

We offer an emergency call-out service, and provide a free stain spotter spray to aid in future everyday spillages.
